    Argentina
    In July, at the famous Cafe Tortoni in Buenos Aires, Argentinian alumni formed the WGA Argentina and held elections for a committee to run the branch. Congratulations to Felix Sabate (MA international Political Economy 2001-02) who was elected President. The other members of the Committee are as follows:

    First Vice-President: Alvaro Iglesias (MBA 2002-03)
    Second Vice-President: Horacio Randle (LLM International Economic Law 2001-02)
    Trustees: Julio Morosi (MBA 2001-02), Fransisco Guemes (LLM International Economic Law 2001-02)
    Honorary Secretary: Ariel Casarin (MSc Economics and Finance 1996-97, PhD Industrial and Business Studies 1999-03)
    Honorary Treasurer: Martin Polo (MBA 2002-03)

    The Committee intend to organise social and networking events and would like to invite all alumni in Argentina to join them. If you are interested in being involved please contact Tess Robinson, the Alumni Relations Officer at Warwick, and she will put you in touch with Felix.
    Japan
    Tomo Taki (PhD International Studies 1999-04, MA International Studies 1998-00) is the new president of the Japanese Alumni Assocation.
    Mexico
    Warwick alumni recently met up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA for a chilli. Photographed are: Daniel Spooner (BEng 1996-00) - on secondment from Warwick Computer Sciences to Los Alamos National Labs (LANL) for 2 months; Darren Kerbyson (Computer Sciences 1985-88, PhD Computer Sciences 1989-93) - Technical Specialist LANL New Mexico; Kay Kerbyson (nee Garbett, Applied Mathematics 1985-88, PhD Engineering 1988-91) - ex BMW Project Engineer, now mother of 4 month old twin girls; Francis Addison (nee Ironside, BEng Engineering Electronics 1989-92) - mother of 3; David Addison (Computer Sciences 1987-90) - on secondment from UK to LANL for 1 year.
    Taiwan
    Jinn-Luh Ou (MSc Manufacturing Systems 1993-95) is the new president of the Taiwanese Alumni Association.
